Only had the chair for a few days but it is very comfortable. Rolls well on low-pile carpet. Height and tilt adjust work great. Soft and cozy. Easy to put together.
The chair is beautiful!! The gems do sink in enough, so they can not be felt. The chair is not a light pink, but there is no hint of purple at all! I went back and forth between 5 chairs over 3 weeks. So happy with this! Like I said, it is beautiful!!
the cover on this chair is made out of the same polyester that fleece throws are. It has an added advantage of being very warm. As I have fibromyalgia, it is like having a whole back heating pad because the cover absorbs body heat and then radiates it back. Was a pleasant surprise. Also rolls smoothly.
