When I opened this box and took everything out, I was confused. First off, there were ZERO directions. I had to figure it out myself (I checked on here as well but no luck) which ended up ok since Im a hands on person and have assembled many other items like this in the past. It was also a pretty easy, once I figured out which screws go where.
The chair itself seems good, so far. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because there were no instructions and the screws that came with it were in a used, hefty ziplock bag as if someone else had used them. I even double checked that I bought a new- not used- chair.
Cute chair but there was Issue with the seat. The company sent me a new metal bar for under the seat bc the one I received was busted. Apparently that is a regular problem
I was nervous about purchasing an office chair online. When I opened the package, I was in love! This chair is so pretty! It was easy to assemble and is functioning properly.
This chair was easy to assemble and the sherpa is nice. I bought to use as a home office chair not a makeup chair. For an office chair, get an ergonomic one if you will be sitting for long periods of time. So its nice for quick sits but not extended ones but I liked the sherpa too much to get a ergonomic chair.
I bought for my teenage daughter to utilize at her make up vanity. Very cute and girly. Sturdy and supportive.
The only thing that upset me was pulling it out of the box with it still being wrapped in plastic I noticed a black mark on the seat. So they sold me a used item and charged me brand new prices.

Beautiful chair but very uncomfortable
I love the color of this chair I love the way it looks in my room but it is so uncomfortable to sit on there is no cushion whatsoever
