The chair has a good quality of materials, some parts are in metal, others in plastic: the chair is overall solid and sturdy, the only flaws concern the armrests and the headrest, both oscillate.
In general is a good chair, very strong and comfortable. the negative would be the armrest is curved so a bit uncomfortable when rotating the elbow using the mouse , it would be better having it flat, also the legs are quiet big in diameter so sometimes are in the middle of your feet.

Der Stuhl h?lt was er verspricht und auch im Umgang mit dem Verk?ufer kann ich nur positives berichten. Eine defekte Armstütze, wurde auch knapp 10 Monate nach dem Kauf umgehend und anstandslos ersetzt.
I have been using this chair for more than one and a half years and I can tell it is very comfortable. It has plenty of adjustments to make it perfect for you.
Additionally, I had an issue with the wheels and contacted support. They responded immediately and send me a replacement part for me. I wish all the products have such good customer support. I will buy this brand again if I need another chair.
