comfortable, functional, not the easiest assembly

I was confused like other reviewers about whether or not this is really a chair, but it came in a box with instructions and I am convinced that it is. The back of my chair does not have the logo like it shows in the example pictures. I absolutely love this chair. It is extremely comfortable, the color is gorgeous, and the price was right for a chair like this one. It fits under my desk, it is cushiony and supportive on all sides. The wide cushion is great because I love to sit criss cross and with my feet up. There are plenty of ways I can sit in this chair. The assembly was difficult because it required two people, one to hold the cushion in place while the other screwed it in. Recommend starting to screw each piece in just a little bit before tightening them all. Also, because I like to put my knees up when I am sitting, I took the wheels off because I dont like the chair sliding around underneath me. I thought these were supposed to come with footers so I dont scratch the floor but it did not come with any. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase, and so glad to have a comfortable chair to sit in while I do my grad school work. I should take a picture of it for everyone but to be honest I dont feel like getting up from my chair :P

    Pretty, comfortable to start with...

These chairs are very pretty! Thats about it... Once you sit for more than an hour you start noticing some discomfort. I bought four of these for my office and everyone has had major aches and pains after just a days use. Neck, shoulders, lower back all inflamed. Would not recommend.

It didnt fit my high desk, however I kept it because its awesome!!

I originally bought this for my desk however it did not adjust that high. (I have a counter height desk) It does makes a wonderful addition as a reading chair in my office though and I absolutely love it!! Very comfy and my husband even let me keep it considering I had to to spend more money to buy another desk chair.

    Look great, doesnt hold up

I bought mine in Jan 2019 and spent a year using it a couple times a month to work from home. It worked as it should and I had no real issues. Then the world changed and I started working from home. Ive now been using it 5 days a week, at least 9 hours a day since. The seat is basically flat and my tailbone hurts if I sit in it too long. I ended up buying a cushion, but even thats not helping. If you wont use it a lot, it is maybe worth it for you. For me, it is become a place I dread. I think next time Ill be spending a little more for something of better quality.

    Pack the damn instructions...

I have searched high and low for instructions...generally, I feel like I am being generous with a 3 star review given the inconvenience of having to FIND THE INSTRUCTIONS...the chair is reasonably priced...but not so reasonably priced that I am not really ticked off by the lack of instructions included in the box.

    Comfortable, good for short people

I looked at a ton of chairs trying to find a balance between looks and comfort. After reading hundreds of reviews, I settled on this one. Overall, I am happy with the purchase but theres a few cons to consider. Ill list my pros and cons to help others decide if this chair seems like a good fit for them. Pros: - COMFORTABLE! I wfh (8-10 hour days) like many people right now and it is comfortable enough that I forget I am sitting in it. A chair you dont think about is a good chair! - I am Short (411) and this chair has a wide range of heights it can be situated at. The highest point is quite high and the lowest my feet can reach the group comfortably. I keep it on a midway setting and use the wheels are footrests to be at the optimal height for my desk. An added bonus is I have a sit-stand desk so if I have the desk in the stand position and set the chair at its highest setting I can take the occasional sit rest and not have to adjust the desk. An unexpected pleasant feature! - I am fat (200lbs) and the size of the seat comfortably accommodates my ample bottom. I dont feel squeezed into it by any means. That said, someone who is heavy but isnt also petit might have issues with the width. The seat is probably wide enough for a skinny person to sit cross legged in. - it has nice lumbar support. I can lean back and feet supported. Cons: - The biggest con for me is the lack of arm rests. I thought from the pictures that the sides would come up high enough to be arm rests like those on a chair but they do not. It was disappointing but I find I am comfortable resting my arms in my lap so it hasnt been bothering me much. - While it was quick to put together it was difficult since things dont line up especially well. It was a two person job while I compressed the chair frame to get things to line up enough for my husband to screw the base of the chair together. The wheels also required a lot of force to get them on the stand. I suspect this may be why some peoples wheels broke. If you order this and youre a petite person you might consider calling a strong friend for help. - it advertises having a tilt function (unless I am not understanding what swivel tilt means) but its tilt is negligible. it is maybe enough to give you some mild flexibility when stretching but it isnt much, really. For me the pros outweigh the cons considerably and I am very happy with the way it looks. I ordered the light gray and it matches my desk perfectly. Ill likely be moving into a small apartment soon and if my computer desk setup winds up in the living room I wouldnt be embarrassed having this chair in there.
