Very comfortable, good quality and the seat cushion pops right back in to place whenever I get up. Ive used it 40 hrs/week for the last 3 weeks and am very pleased!
While the chair looks great and is fairly comfortable, the hydraulic slowly starts sinking. Throughout the workday, the chair would very slowly drop until I had to raise it back up. It was about once-twice a day and progressively got worse. Now I have to raise the seat no less than 3-4 an hour- usually more. At the price paid, that is unacceptable for a still fairly recent purchase.
I am a graphic designer and sit at my computer for my job all day. I needed a chair for my office but it also had to be a nice furniture feature because my office is in my living room. This chair ended up being perfect I was skeptical cause it looks so nice. It met all my criteria back support, easy rolling. I will add that i never used their supplied wheels, i live in an apartment and am affraid of damaging their floors so I changed out the wheels for rollerblade wheels. But I loved this chair so much I bought a second one.
putting this together took a lot more time than i anticipated and it still isnt 100% right. the brackets didnt line up correctly which added to the difficulty.
once out together, it looks really great. i added a lumbar pillow to help support my back. overall, i am happy with the purchase.
This chair is super plesent, a wonderful chair indeed. Chair comes as show and is easy to assemble. I like how it comes with the tool for you to screw in the bolts. It has lumbar support, you can adjust it to were you camt feel it and were you would like it to support. The chair is very adjustable to you liking, dont want the head rest? Dont put it on, dont want the arm rest there? Dont put it on very lite chair to, the wheels have a rubbery type of plastic so it slides across the floor nicely and dosnt scratch the floor. Its super easy to roll around in and cups the ass nicely. All around 10 out of 10 would buy again, 10 out of ten would recommend to a friend.
Terrible quality. No memory foam anywhere in this chair, screw holes dont line up for assembly and fabric is bunched up and poorly finished/ defective product not as described. Not worth the money

Unable to Assemble
I was no able to put the chair together. The holes did not match up.

Not a good chair
It was very hard to put together. And the bottom cushion is not good at all

Very uncomfortable!
This chair is very uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. I have back problems, and this is definitely making my back pain worse.
