Bed is cute however it came with 10 missing pieces so we are not able to use the trundle portion of the bed but their customer service is solid as they reached out and sent us the missing pieces and now we are able to use the trundle! Great bed our toddler loves it and its sturdy Love this product. No issues.
Didnt come with all of the bed slats (needs 20 only came with 10). A little tough to put together but otherwise, for the price, its just what we were looking for. Our daughter loves it. Best deal for a very nice
Everything was labeled and packed very well. Arrived undamaged despite there being a cut in the box. The directions seem pretty straightforward initially. However once we got to step four I think we started noticing it getting confusing. I think the directions may assume things at some steps. You put together one side of the house first but then it doesnt really tell you to put the other side of the house together. Then theres a couple pictures where things are not labeled with the right letters. So we eventually started having to improvise. It was almost a little easier when we kind of ignored the directions a little bit. Essentially youre constructing each side of the house and then you join them. But overall it was pretty easy. Very sturdy and durable
I have 2 years old daughter, and she is in love with this bed. She spends all the time on it. We remove the mattress during the day and make it a small playground with many toys.
It is very easy to assemble / not an IKEA bed frame with million screws and bolts with different hats.

This bed is ADORABLE! My daughter loves it. Super sturdy. The instructions were perfect which I was prepared for them not be considering other reviews. Great purchase! Happy buyer. I like the sturdiness and comfort of this product.
Directions were unclear and not accurate. Pieces were labeled incorrectly from directions to actual furniture pieces, though overall with help from another person took about an hour to assemble. It is made well and came without any damage. My daughter absolutely loves the bed! And it looks great in her room! It is great for toddlers and this is her first bed. She just transitioned from a crib. Perfect for us
The end result of the bed is great and super cute, my daughter loves it. However the instructions are crap, all of the screws were labeled wrong which resulted in my husband and I having to get a ruler to measure each of them the ensure we were using the correct ones. Also, the instructions are wrong in some areas, the pages werent even stapled in the correct order.
I recommend using an Allen wrench with some grip because you will struggle using the one that comes with the bed. The wholes arent deep enough for the screws which can be painful to your hands!
Also, the little picket fences all came assembled, which was very nice. However the fence that goes on the front of the bed came damaged, which is odd because the box wasnt damaged and the way they were shipped in the box (in the middle of all the rest of the items) i dont see how the damage happened during transit. The item was most likely damaged prior to shipping. Because we waited a month+ for this to get here we didnt want to have to send the entire thing back for 1 small damaged corner, so we made it work and it is fine. My daughter loves it and you cant see the damage now that we have it assembled.
Good luck to any who get this bed. Have patience! But other than that its nice
Some of the pieces were a little damaged. The main problem though is the instructions. The screw bags are all labeled wrong and dont match up. Then the diagrams are incorrectly labeled. With a little common sense you can figure it all out on your own though and the bed ends up super cute! My little girl loves it as her first big girl bed and it still gives the security of a crib and keeping her from rolling off! Well made. Good price.
