I have several different furniture pieces from this company that I am happy with, so I didnt give a second thought to ordering this one when I needed a side table. Wood is good quality, very easy to stain. Only 4 stars this time because the guide holes for the shelf are not placed properly so when you attach the shelf it pulls the legs inwards which resulted in a wobbly table. Easily fixed by hubby but meant waiting until he had the time to take to workshop and re/drill the holes properly. Anything that takes more time than it should looses a star!
Very well made table that was ready to finish. Excellent hardware and design. I didnt even bother with sanding it, applied some fruit wood stain and 2 coats of Tung oil and it is beautiful! It looks like something you would pay several hundred dollars for.
Have recently purchased two other pieces from and just needed one more table. This was it. Just like the others, super sturdy and easy to assembly by myself. Stained to match the other pieces that I bought and stained. My living room is done!
Other reviewers have said this is smaller than stated in the description. It is exactly what the description says. Mine arrived perfect except for one thing. They did not drill holes in the bottom shelf. Took my husband all of 45 seconds to drill the 4 spots. It IS sturdy, mine doesnt smell like anything other than unfinished wood and it was extremely easy to assemble. Im looking forward to staining and polyurethaning it. I bought two of them.
These arrived in perfect condition and packed very well. I bought some larger sofa tables and they are just as nice. Excellent quality and Im impressed. I highly recomend these! Its an affordable solid wood table for the money.

It was very easy to put together, and was just the right height to fit under my window to use as a plant stand. We stained and varnished it, and it came out beautiful. Very happy with this purchase!

I did pre/drill my own additional holes to attach the lower shelf to the legs, otherwise the wood was too hard to get the screws in. Added two layers of oil/based poly and it looks great.
Let me start off by saying that I bought this table to put next to my bed so I can lean my dogs ramp on it. I wasnt too concerned about the looks, I needed a certain size. I got the unfinished one thinking that I could paint it if it looked very bad. Well, this is one awesome little table for under 40! I wont be painting it because its so pretty. Maybe Ill stain it, but its really nice just as it it. Its very smooth and all the edges are smooth. It was packaged very well. There wasnt a single dent or scratch or splinter anywhere. Im thinking about buying another one just because they are so handy. Maybe to put a plant on in my living room
