DONT freak out if you think your missing tools and parts!? They will be located with in the back Head frame Side slot and easy to open with Velcro.
Missing a support slat, easy to put together. really banged up the boxes and the pack was damaged ( wasnt home to inspect / so was stuck and couldnt reject and there are a few dings on it). Its a decent bed for the price. Wont buy again.
I absolutely am in LOVE with this bed frame! I had purchased a bed frame from this brand/company for my full sized bed loved it so much we had to get our kids their bed frame through them as well! Not only were they easy to assemble, it came with everything you need more! My sister and I assembled it with no problems in under two hours. It even came with blank cards to give to others, a beautiful note! VERY happy with the results. I will definitely be recommended this brand to others!
