    Shade

There was an issue at beginning of the assembly, after an email to the vendor, issue was resolved and the assembly completed. It was bought to shade a hot tub that was over heating in the hot sun. It now matains the set temperature, as I hoped it would.

    Great for the price!

Went together pretty easy. Missing two roof panels. Company was very responsive to resolve issues.

    Nice Quality/Good Part Fit

All of the parts were in great shape. Packed well. The alignment of parts with screws was spot on during assembly. Took a friend and I about 5 hours to assemble. Looks great.

    Nice but inspect before assembling.

The Gazebo came in 4 boxes. The instructions were easy to follow. It will take you twice as long to put together the roof unless you have 2/3 people involved. Its also easier if you have at least a 1 foot clearance all around the Gazebo when putting together. The only real problem I had was one of the corner supports had a piece that was welded crooked which caused the support to be off center which caused my roofing not to fit properly. I emailed the company to inquire about a replacement but they never responded. I decided to buy a self/tapping screw and secured the support so that the roofing would fit (see pic). I finished the project. I did find a putty knife and hammer helpful in getting roof panels in place. I gently tapped the roof panels to get them snug. The roof panel installation was the most frustrating part of the whole assembly.

A few minor issues but great value, seems sturdy!

I assembled this Gazebo over 3 days, roughly 10 hours by myself. There were a few challenges not having a second set of hands but nothing too bad. I also took it very slow to be sure everything was lined up to make roof easier to finish. The one issue I had was panel Q3 had a hole that was off by about an inch. All other holes on that roof panel lined up just fine but final center bolt didnt. I was able to drill a new hole in the main frame just above intended (threaded) location that the bolt grabbed into just fine. All outside edges were lined up and smooth afterwards so it worked out. A few tips / As roof panels are being slid into place use some of the long bolts hung through holes to hold them up / its really the only way to do this as a one/man job Dont tighten anything on the roof until all panels are up. It takes a little longer to do this way but will most likely save you the frustration of the roof not fitting together right the first time. Lastly, use a drill with low speed to tighten bolts / but be sure to use proper torque setting. Will update review after some weather comes in, hopefully it will hold up fine. As far as shipping, packing, and assembling goes its a great product. Seem like its a little flimsy and light at first impression, but as it assembles it becomes very rigid. Would recommend!

    Okay quality

I got the 12x20, Im in the trades, I would say this was a bit of a pain to assemble. The quality is okay, some sections were scratched and dented from shipping. I have a small leak in the center Im trying to find. People like it but Im not sure if I would buy something like this again. I think its a bit overpriced.
