I put this together by myself, thats how easy it was. All of the hardware is sorted by chairs/table, and bolts are rubber banded to make the assembly process more efficient. Instructions are simple. Each chair took about 15/20 min to build, and the table took about 10/15 min. Table top is heavy, so you may need another person to help lift it onto the table legs.
This is perfect for an apartment dining area. The shelving below the table is perfect for decor, placemats, or school supplies (for little ones to do their remote learning at the table and then put everything away later).
This table set exceeded my expectations. I must be honest, I thought I was going to have issues because of some of the negative reviews. Boy was I wrong. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. I thought I was missing a part, so I called customer service and they were extremely helpful. I later found the part hidden under the table top.

We received the table and chairs to assemble within a reasonable time. It took us longer than other reviews said to put together though because some of the precut holes didnt align and we had Gerry rig it ourselves. We got it almost all done when we realized that the legs were the wrong ones, too short and once we double checked the box we saw it had a different part number. Reached out to the company and didnt hear back via email, called a spoke to a representative. She was professional and willing to help resolve. The problem came in when she told me the new legs would arrive in 10 days. I asked if they could expedite it as I had half a table put together in my basement and I needed it for some company coming, thats the whole reason I bought the set in the first place. I was told that I would have to pay for the expedited shipping.uh.NO! When the issue was a result of their error, I was pretty mad (putting that kindly). They wouldnt budge on their stance and after paying 600 I wasnt too happy, but couldnt return the set bc it would have been a pain to disassemble and send back. Plus Im thinking they would have insisted I pay the return shipping charges.NOT! Bottom lineit is a decent enough set, a little difficult to assemble but the customer service stinks if there is a problem!
It took me quite a while to decide on what kind of table and chairs I wanted for my breakfast nook. I am very happy with my decision. This set looks perfect and is very comfortable. I love the counter height! So easy to get in and out of. It was packaged very well and arrived much earlier than anticipated. I am a 68 year old woman and it took me 2 hours and 15 minutes to assemble. My husband wasnt home and I was to excited to wait so I did it myself. I am in decent shape and a bit of a DIYer so I am not sure I would recommend doing this by yourself. Certain things were tricky like lifting the table top on to the base and getting it centered right. I highly recommend watching the how/to video that is posted with the description on . The only negative is that the written instructions are not good. There is no way I would have figured this out without watching the video. I watched it before I purchased the set just to see how difficult it would be to assemble and then I watched it again when the set arrived. I had to refer back to it a few times while assembling the chairs. The table is pretty easy. The first chair took the longest and after that it went pretty quick. Love how it looks!

Customer Service not up to par
