I was nervous about buying furniture without sitting in it first, but Im happy with this. It looks great, and feels sturdy. Im a fat guy and its still roomy for me. Its a little stiff but still really comfortable. Besides Id rather it start out firm and soften up as it ages instead of start really soft and sag after a year. LOVE THIS SO MUCH!
This couch has been great. The only only thing Im not happy with is buying it full price and then it going on sale for 300 less soon after. Worth every dime
This is a great quality chair that looks wonderful in our newly updated home. It the chair everyone wants to sit in when our older children come over, and it is my favorite chair over our over sized couch.
It came in one box and we just had to unzip the bottom and take the legs out and screw them in.
The delivery service was exceptional and made sure there wasnt any damage to the chair when we took it out of the box before we signed for delivery. We will definitely be purchasing furniture from and again. Best purchase ever!

I tried to order this sofa twice. The first time I was able to schedule a delivery for the next day. Whoa. Aming! I thought. Alas, it was too good to be true as the scheduled delivery came and went, and no sofa arrived. Instead, as my delivery window expired, I received a message that the sofa was being prepared to ship and I had no option to schedule a delivery date.
Thinking this a one/time glitch ( is usually pretty good with shipping estimates), I noticed I could order the sofa online again and have a confirmed date 3 days hence. This sounded more realistic, so I cancelled my original order, and purchased the sofa again in order to have a confirmed date.
Taking the morning off work, the sofa failed to arrive AGAIN and I received the same not yet shipped delivery message. Beyond annoyed now (weve been sitting on the ground for 1.5 weeks to watch TV or eat dinner) I contacted to see what was going on. The rep told me the sofa was being prepared for shipping and in the next few days I would receive an email notification when shipped so I could reschedule.
Sure enough, 2 days later, I received the shipping notification. The option to reschedule was available on the website, but the webpage itself for scheduling was broken (page not found). Undeterred, ( I wanted the dang sofa ASAP ) I called the help line and was able to schedule delivery for the next day.
This time, the delivery service arrived right inside their scheduled window and the drivers had our sofa off the truck and in our 2nd floor apartment within just a few minutes. In the following 15 minutes, we had our sofa legs on, the sofa in place, and the packing material disposed of. Easy peasy.
The sofa itself is great quality / seams and frame are all straight, and the materials are not cheap. The cushions are firm enough for support, but soft enough for cozy comfort. The 90 sofa will easily fit 3 adults. The depth of the seat is short enough that you dont NEED to have bolster pillows, but could. I can easily lean back against the sofa back while seated in an upright position without the need for a bolster, but my calves are up against the sofa front. Scooting forward a few inches could accomodate a bolster pillow if desired. Im 56 and personally, Id like the sofa seat a few inches taller for comfort. However, my husband at 58 doesnt have the same concern so YMMV.
So, moral of the story is: Buy this sofa! For the price, the quality is fantastic and the actual delivery is painless. However, dont trust the scheduled delivery window if youre a Prime member. The soonest actual delivery time appears to be about 6 days. I really love how it look like
I was concerned since it was from it would be cheaply made but its aming! My whole apartment smells like leather. Very well made just like RH. Easily can sleep on. I am 1000 percent happy. I always wanted one of these couches but couldnt afford it. Now I can! Great choice for reasonable price
Could not be happier with the quality and durability of this sofa, I originally wanted leather but the cloth compromise with my spouse is the perfect addition to our home. Delivery was almost too efficient (I had to delay delivery to a telework day) and install was a snap (add 4 legs and flip). Ill definitely be adding and occasional chairs when the time to rotate furniture is right. You get more than what you pay for!

Prime scheduled delivery dates are ridiculously inaccurate. Sofas great though.
