The cam bolts should be deeper by another 1/8 to 1/4 to give the product more stability. The wood is so unbelievably soft and basically just compressed hay. The cam bolts pull right out of it. (See photo) I added two ply duct tape arround the cam bolt holes to add stability after one pulled right out during assembly.
Completely cheap material and manufacturing. Dont recommend. Debating if we are going to keep it

I need a replace knob from the company. I tightened the knob and the screw and the knob does not stay on.

The shoe storage bench looks really good in my entry way. Its very sturdy and beautiful but it had an extremely strong chemical smell that got better and finally disappeared after a couple of days. Im a bit disappointed.
Love it has a lot of parts but pretty easy to assemble ! Doors close slowly so to not slam! Sturdy and looks just like the pic!! Very happy with my purchase !! Will update if anything changes!! Great Buy
