Its a great couch for the price, giving it 4 stars because it was slightlyyy smaller than expected, but still sits 3 people comfortably, 4 if you wanna get close lol. Overall a great couch if youre not looking to spend a ton! Very cute, looks just like the pictures.

We have been in contact almost everyday and they are committed to helping resolve this issue, and replacing those packages and I really appreciate how the situation is being handled! So, this couch with chaise is pretty cheap and I did not expect it to be perfect. I bought it mainly for a room that I dont plan on using as the primary living room. That being said, its true to color, it came quickly and it was easy to assemble. Its a little wrinkly which is fine because it hasnt been open that long. The main issue I have is that two of the cushions will not inflate even with fluffing so theres a pretty big disparity in size between one half of the couch and the other side. This causes those cushions to look really cheap and wrinkled (I am going to attempt to fill with fluff from an old cushion and see if that helps. The other thing that someone purchasing should keep in mind is that it is pretty low to the ground and the back is low. My husband and I are not very tall and this couch is meant for minimal use so it doesnt bother us. The legs are plastic but they look okay and we may switch them out for wooden pegs at some point. Overall, not unhappy about the purchase but not overjoyed either. Needs improvement in quality.
I love this sectional, just the right size for my apartment and I very sturdy. I like that fact that it comes in 4 boxes, which made it easier for me to carry upstairs Comfortable and high quality!
Easy to assemble but the cushions never really expanded from the vacuum packaging. The seller was very accommodating and sent me new seat cushions as well as a partial refund. However the right seat frame is not sturdy for me. Im 265 pounds and its already sagging and creaking. Guess I will cut some plywood. Overall you got what you paid for.

Too low.
Its too low, and it doesnt feel like it sturdy or strong enough to endure my 9 years old son. highly disappointed!!!
