The height adjustment range is lower and higher than many chairs we considered. This is great because it supports ergo positioning.
Our petite teen finds it very comfortable while I (average built) only find it somewhat comfortable. So size and weight may have something to do with it.
It smelled of moth balls or something as strong. I steamed cleaned it and aired/it/out in the garage. It took nearly 3 months and repeated steaming for the smell to dissipate.

Bought for my desk chair to work from home. Needed a chair with no arms so it could fit under my desk. It works perfectly, very comfortable and soft. Also very pretty. Best quality product
I use this chair at my work office. Visually it is exactly as shown and I get a ton of compliments on it. It really livened up my office. Also, there is pretty good cushioning so it is comfortable for quite a while. Im guessing that the chair was more designed for style than comfort, so eventually it stops being nice to sit in. However for my needs, which doesnt involve sitting in this one chair all day, I would buy it again. Better price available for same designs
