This chair and I had some issues in the beginning. The holes did not line up correctly and I had to make it work. The chair is not the size I was expecting it to be and is not comfortable. But for the short time I will be using it, I guess its gonna have to work. It is not sturdy at all. As you can tell in the picture, the back of the chair is iffy. may be returning
It is a little hard and not as cushioned as I would like but besides that it is great and so cute! I wouldnt recommend for a chair you were using all day but it works great for a few hours here and there! Super easy to assemble and so worth the money!

Buy a new ram kit.
You bought a chair. They do not make the ram or the attachment part. They made the chair and bought the ram cheap.
Buy a new ram and attachment and replace it when it breaks. Its like 30 on . Yes, the chair is too expensive for having to replace the part, but at least you dont have to throw the whole thing away when the part i point to in the picture breaks.
Personally, I came to the reviews to see if others are having the same problem I am where my ram wont stay up. And yes. So I plan to replace it with a better one that will Good and inexpensive
This chair is an integral part of my work from home set up. Its super comfortable (I work 10+ days form this chair) and it doesnt look like any old office chair. A must have! Very cute, looks just like the pictures.

Super cute, not super comfy
Its gorgeous and cleans easy with a moist cloth. Cons: NOT for sitting 8 hrs a day if you work from home. We all love it!

Broke after a year and a half
Weld on the chair base broke after a year and a half. So disappointed I loved this chair. But other than that its nice
