Word of advice before assembling leave open upright for a few days and deodorize with a scented spray, that will get rid of the smell. Loved the texture and color, just wish it was a deeper, was surprised the lid is flat, not indented for extra space!
The color is nothing like the advertised photo. It is more beige/yellow than white/gray. I bought it to go in a room with a mix of light and dark gray and pops of white and it sticks out terribly.
I love it. The inside is deeper than I expected. We store a lot of blankets and pillows in it. It was also very easy to put together. The material is highly quality and it looks more expensive than it really was.
Update: I have bought two of these now, still Iove em and still in great shape.
I am very pleased with the size a nd the overall appearance of the storage bench. I do believe the workmanship could be better. I had to trim the lining because it was not even with the edges of the cover and stuck out when cover was closed. I also had to change the legs because the bench was too low.
This was purchased to be at the end of the LexMod Emily Fabric Headboard and the match was very close. It wasnt as high as I anticipated, but it works fine. Quality is good. The top makes this look wonderful with the headboard.
this ottoman is exactly what I had in mind but I gave it 4 stars only because I would have liked it to be a heavier, I have hardwood floors not carpet and it slides a too easily so hopefully once I put more items inside that will help it to not slide a so much.
