Went to several stores to try and find a small kitchen cart. Logged onto and found this unit. Purchased the unit and it was here withing 4 days. The cart is very easy to assemble. Its sturdy and looks good in my kitchen. The closest I came to a unit in the stores would have cost me 169.00 plus tax. I would have had to assemble that also. Consider this an excellent purchase. Would highly recommend.
It takes at least 2 people to hold all of the pieces together until the screws are inserted. It wouldnt hurt to have a 3rd person to read the directions and handle the parts.
This cart is very well made and easy to put together. My husband followed the instructions and it took him about an hour. We encountered no problems and it looks aming and sturdy. We are now looking for other items from this company because of how awesome this cart was!!
Overall the design is good, but the quality is pretty shoddy and the design for assembly was done poorly. The dowels are hit or miss on their size, so some fit too snug and some roll around in the hole. The metal brackets for mounting the doors came with crooked screw heads, so one of the doors doesnt close all the way. There are some screw holes that are very close to adjacent panels, so its pretty tough to get close and tighten the screws down. Overall I would love this product if the quality was better. Once assembled, its actually quite sturdy, but that doesnt take away from the fact that pieces are crooked and dont fit together as I would expect. I guess you get what you pay for, but I would expect a bit better for over 100. If you are thinking of using this as a long lasting centerpiece in your kitchen I would say move on. Luckily, I bought this with the intention of it being used for no more than a year, so I will keep it.

Im not a fan of the hex screws/bolts because the skinny generic allen wrench provided was not fun to work with, regular screws would have been easier for me. My hands would appreciate an allen wrench with a T/handle which I dont have, so if you know of one that would work please post it. Finished product rolls well, looks good and holds a lot. It now houses my bread machine on top (on a silicone mat for safety) with my electric pasta machine, kitchenaid mixer attachments, two 5 lb flour containers two boxes of various items that had no place to hide before behind the doors! Now I can roll it to the kitchen when I need to or into the spare room if company comes.
