We purchased this because my brother moved in with us and he would share my son’s room. I have slept on the top bunk with my son,I’m 197 lbs. and my little boy is about 40 lbs. It doesn’t wobble or feel shaky or unsafe. I search and read and saw and watched sooooo many bunk beds and none exceeded my expectations. This has been the best bed purchase we’ve made!

Bed arrived and unfortunately a few of the slats were cracked. I waited for a week and they reissued me new wooden slats

This bed is amazing. The bunk bed can be separated.I've used both as a bunk bed and as two separate beds.
