A manufacturer was in one of the poles so I couldn’t screw in one of the railing but it’s fine it still works but please when looking at instructions build bed part on ground then lift up and put it all together it took my dad and his anger issues a good 3 hours to build it even after I told them the right way until they listened to me but still it nice you get what you pay for ps get some thing to cover the rails if you do buy this your feet will end up kinda in pain but overall I rate this product a 8/10
My handyman specifically asked that I be sure to leave a good review! All the holes were pre drilled and lined up correctly! This bed went together just as planned. All parts were packaged and labeled well. Delivered almost a week sooner than expected. I am satisfied and recommend this product. I ordered another bed from a different seller and had a terrible expierience.
I actually do not have all the bed parts, only one box was delivered but I can see the quality of the product and I can tell it will be fairly easy to assemble once I get all the parts. It appears to be pretty sturdy, too, just from the parts I have. However, I give this company five stars for their customer service. Their representative, Stephanie, has gone above an beyond to solve a shipping problem; they refunded my shipping charges and promised a full refund for the bed if I didn't receive the 2nd box. Somehow, they got a poor rating from me because of my initial inquiry. I have not been able to find their order to remove third party ratings, so I'm hoping people who see this will know this is a company that backs their products.
The bed was as we expected. It is sturdy and easy to assemble. The storage space below allows for a desk and chair set up. I would recommend this for anyone looking for something good at a reasonable price!
Basic bed, son loves it, holds up well, (he only asked we get a covering for the latter rails so they don’t hurt his feet) but that is an easy fix. Took a very short time to assemble. I’m not sure if it comes with instructions but it’s a basic set up. Cheapest one I found and I am Not disappointed. I’m about to order another for other kid.
Big fans of this product. We sweated the decision for weeks, because we weren't sure whether it was going to be sufficiently solid and stable. It's a great product....easy to assemble.
This is an awesome loft bed. I bought it for my Grandson because he has a small bedroom, and needed space for a desk, and this was the perfect solution! He even put LED lights all around it and he loves it! So worth it.

This is a great raised bed, love the sturdiness, the stairs on the side, the useable space underneath.6year old grandson is thrilled!

Worth every penny
Easy to assemble all tools included very nice and sturdy! Even came with a way to anchor to the wall! My daughter loves it! Lots of room underneath!
