DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR of you intend on actually using it. This chair is not worth it. Keep looking i beg of you. The chair is wobbly. The seat cushion is not set correctly in the fabric. And, the arm is separating from the chair. The way the chair is constructed, there is no way to fix it--i even reach out to the company to ask how to fix the arm separation and they suggested to "glue it with strong glue." Ummm what??? At that point, towel thrown in and white flag waving...How can I argue with that nugget of advice.. .glue fabric together to reattach a major structural component not a reclining chair...right then...moving on to this cautionary post.
These chairs are beautiful but that’s about it. They are not comfortable and cheap made. There’s definitely not enough cushion. To recline sucks it feels like a board is in your lower back. The foot rest is hard and uncomfortable. They suck!!!!
The chair worked perfectly the first day. The second day, when reclining, the chair went right back to the second position. I cannot sit in it without reclining back. And now it’s goes to the third position. In order to use my chair, I have to sit in it with four pillows behind me!
I love that this recliner does not require a massive space/clearance to recline. Instead of moving backward into the wall, this somehow moves forward. Heck if I know how it works but it's perfect for my 70+ yr old Mom. However for full size, non-petite folks, reclining and relaxing not likely possible for very long.
The chair, is very nice to look at. However, after only a couple months the left side frame completely throwing my Daughter to the ground. She only weight 170lb. Unless this problem is taken care of I will not recommend this product.
I received the chair on time. It was well packaged and in perfect condition. The instructions were easy to follow and it was easy to assemble. The chair padding itself is very firm and rather hard, so not super comfortable, but it isn’t uncomfortable either. It just doesn’t make me want to curl up in it. It’s strong and sturdy - well made. However, the wings on the side of the back aren’t symmetrical. (See photo) The locks and screws lined up and assembled as they were supposed to, despite the left wing aligning a half inch higher and a little farther forward than the right. The mis-alignment is noticeable visually. This is strictly an aesthetic and manufacturing mistake, it in no way hinders the structure or function of the chair. For the comfort factor and the aesthetics, I gave it a three star. I don’t need new parts or to replace the chair, it’s just not perfect. However, I doubt most people would even notice it. It would be too much of a hassle to try to get it replaced or fixed. It’s the risk of buying it without seeing it or sitting in it first.
Easy to assemble. Attractive looking but one of the least comfortable chairs I have ever experienced this side of a park bench. Minimal seat padding, small mostly unpadded arms. Overall, nice to look at but dreadful as a chair.
I do not recommend buying the "used but very good condition" version of the product. It was stained, had animal hair, torn in several places, the legs were all scratched up. I have order many used items before and they have arrived in perfect condition. Lesson learned I will not do that again. Trying to return it.

Not a top notch product.

Reclining is a breeze

Good, but a bit lacking in aesthetic and comfort.

Nice to look at, terrible to sit in

The recliner is fairly easy to assemble but make sure every angle is lined up evenly before you push everything together, otherwise it won't be square. Firm seat, yet comfortable. Decent for what you pay for.
Chair is great, stain on back of the chair?
