I really like these chairs. We have them
in a guest room so they wont be used often. Ive never purchased furniture online so I dont know how it will hold up with everyday use. It would definitely be great as an accent piece that would have everyday wear and tear or not get dirty.
This chair arrived in a box that looked like it was packaged up by a 3 year old. Maybe it got opened up by customs agents? But even if that was the case, there was zero inner packaging. Huge holes and rips in the cardboard and nothing protective inside. We took lots of photos of the box, assuming it would need to be returned. But amingly, the chair wasnt damaged and the off/white wasnt stained. So we kept it and Im happy with it. The seat is comfy and has a lot of give, so Im not sure a year down the road if it will have any support whatsoever left. Its not as good quality as what you would get from a high quality furniture store, thats for sure. And one more thing. I noticed that the price of this chair fluctuates almost daily, so keep your eye on it for a while to get the best deal.
Ordered four of these for my sitting room. Very pretty, great neutral color. They are easy to assemble and super sturdy. The also seems very durable. No complaints other than them not being very comfortable.
The chair didnt work out in the place we wanted it. However, I can tell you that has excellent customer service and quick communication. This is not only always the case with all companies so it was very very much appreciated. They are good people.
