I love the color and style. The color matches my couch perfectly and the style is just like another chair i have. Its Not too hard but could be a little more soft. Very easy to assemble however the front legs wobble a little no matter how tight The screws are. Very strange way to attach the legs. The screws go in sideways. Most chairs and sofas have legs that screw in the middle. If i would have known that I wouldnt have bought it. So I will try to put some kind of wood or cardboard in between the top of leg and the hole it goes in to keep it snug. If anyone has a better idea (other than returning it) please let me know.
This light chair was a great addition to my cozy sitting area in the master bedroom. It was easy to assemble ( I did it myself in less than 10 minutes). Its very comfy and not too soft (which I like). Looks very chic and classy.
Works great! Took a little time to get my German Shepherd used to it, but it is now just part of the routine to ensuring hes completely dry after venturing out into the rain to take care of business.
I was very surprised by the quality of the chair for the price. They are sturdy, comfortable and easy to assemble. They only thing I changed were the sliders on the feet to felt to prevent moving on my lvp.
One star is being kind, I have been dealing with trying to return a defective chair to them for more than one month. I loved the chair, its just poorly made and would not support body weight as the back piece does not align and leaves a full inch gap. They suggested I used a rubber mallet to fix the alignment issues during assembling, which would simply break the wood. no thanks. When I requested to simply return for refund, it took them a week to get an unpaid shipping label to me. I had to pay 90 to return the item through FedEx and they are refusing to refund me. I will never use this place again. I understand, manufacturing issues arise however its been the hassle, additional costs, and time wasted that makes me extremely dissatisfied with this entire experience.
