The swing itself is 5 star. The cushion is a 2 or 1 star. Its thin and flimsy. Not comfortable. I folded up an oversized queen bed blanket to put under the cushion and thats perfect. Buy the swing without a cushion and get a good cushion separately.
I purchased this chair in mid/June and it arrived today (August 2nd). I knew it would take a while to arrive when I ordered so that was fine with me. It was very well packaged and there were no issues. Super easy to put together and I did it by myself in about 15 minutes. Very comfortable and relaxing. Im very happy/ will purchase another for my daughter.
I didnt expect ropes as part of the construction, which gives me pause about longevity. The assembly was quick and easy. Even as a 52 woman, the height wasnt a challenge. The tools were all included. I only had trouble with one of the leg fittings being snug. The directions were pretty self explanatory except it didnt mention the washers with the screws. The chair is very comfortable although the head rest pillow can be awkward.
Nice sized chair. Really comfy when hanging from a spring on a sturdy sd. Assembly wasnt too hard.
I have a few minor issues:
/ plastic bolt caps dont stay on well.
/ plastic nut covers arent deep enough to accommodate bolt and nut of bolts tightened well (they stick too far through some of the nuts)
/ I bought 2 chairs. On one, the wicker on the handhold wasnt fastened on one end and dangled loosely. Fixed it myself
/ wicker webbing isnt consistent wrapped nor space symmetrically.
All in all, decent chairs worthy of a 4/5 stars.
