Very well made! Somewhat comfortable with the cushion. Disliked that the metal hanging chain is soooooo long no way to cut off the excess! Kind of ruins the entire chair!
This is pretty much perfect! We love it and it fits perfectly in the bedroom. The company was very helpful and responded quickly when I needed to get in touch with them as well. Its really comfortable! The cushion is soft, assembly didnt take long and you can tell its well made. Im not someone who would usually purchase furniture without touching it and sitting in it but I was hopeful. It definitely checked all the boxes. This is a GREAT purchase!!!
Before writing the review on the product, I need to mention the customer service was excellent and went way beyond to satisfy their customers. Initially ordered and received a package with half of the items missing and realized the manual was missing too. Moment I sent the email, had a very good response and within few days, a branch new item was shipped to my address. Assembly was easy and simple, it took less time to get everything sorted out. My kids love to sit in this and play games. But I gave 4 stars, since we have been hearing the creaking sound whenever the swing moves and it is really irritating. Not sure where the problem is, but that is totally not bearable.

If you want to spend the extra cash for quality and comfort, this is your chair! Dont hesitate to buy it and you wont be disappointed. It does take two to put together.
