I had wanted a fireplace TV stand for ages. I'd researched and measured a ton of them and finally settled on this one. It came in time, was relatively easy to set up (I did it by myself, but it really would have been easier and faster with help, but not impossible alone), and it looks and works perfectly! (Added bonus: I got a "wood smokescented candle to burn when I have the fireplace lit and it really adds to the cozy feeling.)
I recently moved to a split-level home, and it gets quite cold downstairs. This has been great! I put it together by myself, in about 3.5 hours (if I wasn't a perfectionist, it would have been faster - and way faster if you have help!).
Reminder: there is no remote and there are no settings able to be adjusted. But, I don't even feel like it needs that.
The heater is very quiet which was a pleasant surprise, and it does heat well. The faux-fire looks more "realisticat night. I feel like this unit adds beauty and a cozy feeling to the room, and even my kitties approve of this new, warm area to relax!
We got it in the dark brown color and it is really nice. You will need a screwdriver to assemble but it comes with easy to read instructions and took about 2.5 hours to assemble. They heat is pretty good too.
The heating element doesnt produce enough heat. The furniture is nice and looks great in our bedroom. I have another heater that puts out a lot more heat. I will be able to tell if the heater is sufficient when it gets colder.
Love the look, goes well in my tv room. Will do the job to keep room warm this winter. Only thing I would like i f it had a remote! Great piece for the price.

Quiet, produces good heat!
