I am so happy I ordered this electric fireplace/tv stand! I have been looking to get an electric fireplace for a while but hadnt found one I liked that I could afford, so when I saw this one on sale I decided to give it a go and it has met all of my expectations. Its a really pretty dark looking wood tone, and the windows are real glass.
It took about three hours to assemble alone but wasnt hard by any means. There are a lot of steps but as long as you follow the picture directions you should be fine. Using a drill made it go by way quicker, I highly recommend you use one to assemble. The directions come in the smaller box that the heater unit is I. Im case you are like me and have trouble finding them.
The doors don't close all the way! Seems off center. It's not easy to put together
And we haven't finished paying for this item yet. It's a monthly payment plan and i don't even want it no more.
The fireplace is stunning, only one heat setting, no remote, and doesn't change color. Now the entertainment system itself looks nice, a little cheap one some parts, but the manufacturing was horrible. I had to fight with the screws to get them properly into the correct places, and the handles barely screwed in. Now the thing that concerns me most is that even though every screw is in place, upon moving the entertainment center to its wall, the top of the entertainment system pops right off. Screws in all. You get what you pay for...
This unit looks great once assembled. I assembled it myself in under 3 hours. I did buy wood glue to put in between the boards (another review mentioned and I thought it was a great idea) so that added a bit of time when assembling. I have a tv mounted on my wall so I wanted a unit to go under it and many units are super low to the ground, this was the tallest I could find with a decent price point! I love the way it looks in my living room! I have a 50LED mounted and it's almost the same width of the tv (give or take a half a inch on either side) so it was perfect lengthwise. The color is great all the pieces (except 1) came in with no damage. The 1 ding was on a piece that faced the back of the unit, so no big deal. There was a large dent in the heater that came with the unit (assuming due to shipping)but the customer service was awesome, they shipped me out a new heater!!!!! Did I say the customer service was awesome. I did have to supply pictures and answer some questions but again, I didn't have to go through and return the whole unit (that I took under 3 hours to put together) and reorder so I totally added a star for great seller support!

Not happy it don't have remote
Not happy cause didn't know it didn't have a remote to it. And have to get up to turn it on. And can't change thermostat
I shouldve realized it had no remote control for the cost

Great quality wood. A little hard to assemble but doable. The flames are nice but look very unnatural.
