Before ordering this, I went to a lot of different stores like , Sams Club, Home Depot, etc. to look at bar stools for my house. I wanted something affordable, simple and modern, comfortable and with adjustable height. So far this was the only one that fit the bill.
Putting this together was quick and easy. So simple I didnt need directions. Its more comfortable than most bar stools Ive sat on. Only things I dont like are:
1) The base is light so dont jump on these stools - they are a bit unstable.
2) Gets dirty easily - I put a faux fur on top to make the stool even more comfortable and easy to clean. Its great!
3) Once you get the stool at a high position, it takes someone heavier than 130lbs to push it down.
Ok so the 3rd reason isnt really a con, but for me it is. Im petite and I had to ask someone to help me push the stool down. Woe.
I totally recommend this product - just make sure if you have kids that they dont jump on these.

We have looked around for bar stools for our home bar. I wanted 4 and they were over a $100.00 each everywhere. I saw these 2 for $99.99 and ordered 2 sets. I love them they look high class and very nice. Might order 2 more. Very nice for the money look like the ones I saw other places that were a lot higher. I would highly recommend these bar stools.
We bought a pair of these chairs two months ago and we are very pleased with our purchase. It is very stylish, comfortable and strong. If you touch with wet hands, it leaves prints but it is easy to clean-just wipe it with a wet cloth
The chairs are great except for the fact that they tend to show fingerprints like crazy. Its weird but even if your hands are clean and you touch the chairs it leaves a mark. They wipe off easy but it can be frustrating at times. Other than that they are very comfortable.
These just arrived today, and they were very easy to assemble - only 3 main steps, really. They look very nice, and are comfortable. Im over 250lbs, and they seem to hold my weight well, even when adjusting the height.
Some of the materials seem a little cheap, hence 4 stars instead of 5. The gap ring between the base and the main pole is made of light plastic, and rattles around just a bit, but its not a structural piece. The leatherette cushion covers are nice and soft, but do seem a bit thin. Hopefully theyre durable enough to not fall apart.
Ill update this once weve had them a while. Ive seen a few nightmare stories with trying to return items to FurnitureMaxx, so hopefully that doesnt become necessary.

Decent for price
They are not high quality stools, but for the price what do you expect? A little wobbly, easy to clean, and easy to assemble.
