Extremely unstable, and even caused my wife to fall. Company refuses to issue a refund and says they didnt receive my product, even after I returned it. Waste of money and time. Please do yourself s favor and look elsewhere
Wanted more space in my room, this did the trick. Been sleeping on it ever since I finished building and not any big issues. Its a bit wobbly / but that should be expected. If I do have any complaints, its that the ladder is uncomfortable on my feet when I climb it.
Pretty AwesomeNot a beginner assembly type product but with some extra help it wasnt too bad It is VERY sturdy. Took some advice and used some thread lock for extra protection. My daughter is 7 and weighs 50/55 pounds. I am well over the weight limit at almost 200 pounds but when I need to get on the ladder at night it supports me wellI paid 250 dollars for this massive bed frame so I expected some flaws. Some minor issues, one of the screws would not go in properly. A piece of the headboard split but not affecting the mechanics of the bed. Fixed with wood glue. The bed has been put up for 3 days now and the new/chemically smell is still lingering. I recommend buying some anti/slip tape for the ladderOtherwise, this bed is awesome and she has soooo much more room in her bedroom!
For the money its hard to beat. Costs were clearly cut on the instructions. Despite warnings that I saw from other reviewers, I still messed up with initial alignment of the opening for the ladder. I was able to double back and fix my error. It was a pain to build but the result is fairly sturdy. Definitely a 2 person job. Ive assembled several pieces from ikea that recommend 2 people, all by my lonesome, without issue. I needed to call for reinforcements on this one within the first hour (of a 2.5 hour assembly). One other thing to note. slats for the beds to rest on are sturdy but thin so a memory foam (squishy) mattress will not work with these. Mattress needs some structure. Like ikea its gonna get weaker each time you disassemble/reassemble. That said this is just getting us through the bunk bed experimentation phase and didnt break the bank.
Lots of parts to assemble but instruction is very user friendly. Shipping and delivery is fast. There are some damages like dent on the metal railing and damage on the corner of one of the wood. Came early than it supposed to be. Other than its good.

Good purchase. Takes long to build .
Some on the holes for the screws dont line up.
My daughter loves it.
Easy directions, put together by myself in 90 minutes
Well made
Took my husband about 3 hours to put together but well worth it. Looks beautiful and is very well made. My 8 year old loves it!
Some minor flaws but worth it!
