My daughter absolutely loves her bed. All her friends have now looked into getting one. Not the sturdiest bed but it should last for 2/3 years. By that time shell be grown out of it anyways. Worth the money in my opinion
Love the Bed for my boys but assembly is not for the faint of heart. It takes times and as you make progress, the instructions get more difficult to interpret. I put 8 inch mattress and it fit just fine with plenty of security left for the top loft area, instructions say 6 mattress. All in all very happy with my purchase
We read the reviews and knew to go slow when assembling. The important thing to know is that the instructions dont warn you about the siderails and ladder. Make sure to take extra time and see where the holes are so you dont have to take it apart at the end to rearrange and fit the ladder like we did. Also some of the pieces didnt fit snuggly so a few screw stripped.
I ordered 2 for 2 littles in my house.
1 box came with instructions. The other didnt.
Both boxes came completely damaged, and broken pieces at the headboards (pics attached).
If you want your child secure from falling out, suggestion would be get a thin ikea mattress. A normal twin size mattress goes over the guard rails.
This is by far the worst purchase I have made through It has been so frustrating. First, there were no instructions included in the box. I did find them on the sellers website but still they should have included them. After my husband worked on the bed for two hours, he realized the bed is missing three boards that support the mattress. He was rushing to get it put together because my 8 year old has been waiting patiently for her new bed since her birthday. She is tired of sleeping on a mattress in her sisters floor. We got everything completed and then realized there are three boards missing. I completely understand buying a bed online is a risk, but this is just beyond frustrating. As for the bed itself, it is a little wobbly but it will work for an 8 year old. I dont know if I would let a teenager or adult sleep up there, but smaller children should be ok.
