The product was protected very well in the box and arrived with no scratches or defects. The only thing that needed to be assembled was the inside shelf, which took me a second to find. It was secured in cardboard under the end table and held by two straps that were stapled. I could not find it in the box! Once it was found, the shelf assembly took only seconds and it was ready to plug in and be used.

Really pleased with this table! Love that it has a place for USB and plug ins. My favorite is the little pull out for drinks and cell phones!
