I purchased 2 of these and both of have banged up corners on the bottom back. Since they were not visible due to my placement it wasn't worth the trouble to deal with replacing and I wasn't confident I would get anything better if I did.
I had a small spot and wanted an end table that was more than just a surface. After much time spent looking around I found this piece. It is really great. Love it.
I bought this table to put next to my bed and I'm very pleased. It's extremely solid and surprisingly heavy, and I love having access to the plugs and USB ports for charging my devices. The little drawer has cup holders and a space for storing small stuff, and the lower area has substantial space for books, remotes, etc. The table arrived well packaged and fully assembled. Out of the box, the table did have a strong chemical odor that some folks might find hard to endure. If you're sensitive to odors, you may want to open it up and let it air out for a day or two. This is definitely a better piece of furniture than the assembly required stuff and I would happily recommend it!
I ordered two from warehouse both arrived damaged. End table A: The door only has the top hinge attached and it will not close. The top of the front right is damaged and the top of the back left is damaged. There are only three pegs to hold the shelve. End table B:The knob on the drawer is damaged and there are no pegs for the shelve. The End tables appears to be an great investment; however they arrived damaged and are no good to me. Usually customer service is helpful and accommodating but with this order manager Rogerio H was not. He made it clear to, that when you order from the warehouse you get what you pay for. You can take it or leave it. He made me feel sorry for trying to save a dollar by ordering from warehouse. Because of Mr. H I will think twice before I order from warehouse.
Gave it a 3 because the inside shelf piece is missing and I'll have to figure out how to call for them to send it to me. otherwise I love it and it is the handiest table ever.
Looks pretty out of the box and seems well contstructed. But the finish is micro thin. I put my keys on it when coming home from work. I didn't toss them, I simply set them down. It was enough to scratch through the thin laminate to show the pressed wood beneath. We're talking tissue thin. Not hard to imagine what it will look like in a year or so.

Shipping sucks
It showed up broken. Door just fell off. It was going to be easier to just remove the hinges so we have no door than send it back.
