I like the overall look of this ottoman. It's smaller than I thought it would be, but it's still pretty nice. It was a good change from an oversized coffee table I had. If you have a large room, this may be too small if you are using it in place of coffee table, but it would do nice if it's used in a smaller area.
Great storage ottoman. The color charcoal gray had more of a blue hue in person compared to my couches charcoal gray color. Came assembled except I had to attach the legs. The lid hinges are assembled to where this one has a bit of a side overlap opening, but that's it. I would just replace hinges easy because this is super sturdy to sit on and store a ton of toys, blankets snacks or whatever. Very happy customer with the price and size.
My ottoman is in dark brown and just love the color. But would have liked feet to be dark mahogany. It wont be used much for sitting but question the maximum weight of 250 lbs. I would buy again it is attractive. At 80 years old if I can put it together anyone can. The hardest part was opening the very sturdy box it came in.
Really nice ottoman. Only complaint is that the center is not reinforced. Not a big concern as a foot rest, but I would be concerned with someone sitting in the center of it. Otherwise I really like it, and if the price comes back down, I would consider buying a second one.

It is 27x27 not 28x28 but other than that it is good.
Color is accurate
The size was perfect, the height worked perfect for our average sized couch. Highly recommend. Storage was a bonus!
