The idea of this vanity is great. It's a small piece but from a distance is decent. However, the construction is beyond shotty, the quality of the pressed wood is garbage, and the paint is clumpy.
Mine arrived damaged also, with a corner broken off.
First impressions are OK. Some of the legs show signs of wood cracking, but seem to still be manageable for now at least. Material is cheaply made. One of my drawers was broken and apart from the box. I had to re-nail and re-glue it back, but didn't take any photos to share. The thickness of the wood material is thin, therefore, short screws are used. Short screws means that it has the most minimal contact to hold the adjacent material in place. A little abuse or weight over time on it will rip the wood grain from the screws. The chair has no guidance on where to position the seat cushion with the leg base. Eye balling it was my method. For $110, I am somewhat disappointed. I was expecting a bit more for that price.
Just the right size for my 6 year old. I'd say a little tall for under that age, but it will probably last till she is like 12. Way too small to be an adult vanity.
This vanity is amazing. Quality is on par or better than ones I saw at Ashley Furniture, Art Van, or Steinhafels. Assembly took 15 minutes tops. It is absolutely adorable. I cant remember the last time I felt so satisfied after a purchase thinking of price, quality, and time to assemble. I highly recommend this vanity. My 3 1/2 year old LOVES it. Buy it. Ive been picking out big girl furniture for over a month and this was my final and best purchase.
