    Cheap TEMPORARY solution.

Poor quality. Even when reinforced with screws this bed creaks and sways. Lasted about six months for us with two small children.

    Very sturdy and look great!

Bought two sets of these for my lake house kids room. I was looking for something with a lower profile since the room is in the basement and has a lower ceiling. This bunk bed set works perfectly. The navy color is really nice too. We painted the walls sunshine yellow and the beds look great in the room. The is light/weight, so I was surprised that once they were put together, they were extremely sturdy. There are a lot of parts, so be prepared to spend some time on the assembly process. My 13/year/old and I spent about 3/4 hours putting together two sets of these. The weight limit for the top bunk is 165 lbs according to the information included with the set. My teenager is a big kid (180 lbs), so we just have him sleep on the bottomthat said, he has climbed up on the top many times to hang out, and it seems sturdy enough to hold him. Very happy with these beds.

Very happy with the quality of the bed. Pieces were not all labeled but easy to figure. If you need help feel free to reach out to me. Great for low ceilings.

Definitely a great price for a quality set! Will buy again.

Purchased this bunk bed for our 3 and 5 year old for our lake house. Unlike some of the other reviews, we didnt have much trouble putting it together. I prelabeled all of the red plastic bags with the screws and bolts prior to assembly with a sharpie for the sake of ease. We put the head boards and ladder together before moving everything inside. Everything went up fairly quickly with 2 people working at the same time, laying the pieces out first. I would say it was a total of 2.5/3 hours. Its very study and is good quality material (real pieces). Its definitely low profile, especially between the lower and upper bunk. I would check the dimensions before purchasing if you think this may be a deal breaker. We purchased a Serta Hallworth mattress (for 95 at Sams Club) for both since they are perfect for bunk beds with a mattress height f only 6.75 inches. They kids are extremely excited and happy. It looks great and its perfect for a small space. We are very happy with the purchase and are considering buying another for extra beds at the camp!

    LOVE LOVE LOVE

Our little guy loves his bunk bed! (Photo doesnt show the ladder / hes 2, so we leave the ladder in the closet for safety). Every person who has had a tour of our home asks us where we bought this bunk bed! It was easy to assemble/disassemble/reassemble (we moved and it held up beautifully). It is sturdy / I lay with our son every night to read him bedtime books, and the bed doesnt budge when I get in and out of the bottom bunk. We will definitely invest in another bunk bed by Croft as our family grows!

Box it arrived in was in terrible shape, it looked like it was dropped repeatedly

No instructions to assemble were in the box. It had some minor scratches on it. Box it arrived in was in terrible shape, it looked like it was dropped repeatedly. It is put together now hopefully correctly and seems to be doing the trick.

    Nice bed but soft

My boys loved this bad. And I really like that it can be both a bunk bed and two twin beds but, the is too soft!!

    Two person job for sure!

Easy to put together if you keep organized (some of the parts were not labeled), definitely recommend an electric drill and extra allen wrenchmaybe a drink or two and patience if your guy is as thick headed and stubborn as mine ha. If you cant lift more than 40/50 lbs then get someone who can as the slats for the base of the beds are heavy especially when lifting out of the boxplus maybe think about lifting weights to up your strength game ladies!! girlpower Give yourself enough space to successfully put together both beds before lifting them on top of each other to secure. I also predrilled the holes before screwing into slatsthe ones my Guy did without predrilled holes seemed like theyd split if tightened too much. So dont skimp and predrill the holes if you are able. All in all this was a breeze to set up and looks great. May want to think about putting some kind of barrier between the top of the ladder where it rests on the bed, it does rub and wears off the finish. Best of luck!

Great price, take your time when assembling.

Best bunk for the price range. Purchased the cherry/mahogany color. Easy to put together, but NOTHING IS MARKED, customer service for was rude and unhelpful. The reason they dont label: customers have a hard time getting the sticky stuff off how silly. So basically it helps to lay everything out, use some chalk or painters tape to label before you start. Beds are sturdy and durable my boys started jumping on them right away and they were . Slats for mattresses are aplenty so no additional ply is really needed. However, the slats are rough and easily give slivers if possible sand them down or cover the bottom of the top bunk to prevent the lower sleeper from getting slivers. Pay attention to what side the ladder opening is on as well it was kind of tough turning the bed once it was in the room. Cost is great, quality is decent its but cheaper . It does scratch easy but I have just kept some filler around for that. Aside from the temporary stress of putting it together, we are very happy with the bed and the cost.
