The seat had a tear in it, so I contacted seller. They replaced it but it took 1 week and 2 days to receive the replacement seat. The chair is very nice and it was priced right.
I love my chair! I have major back problems so I need to have the right chair. I searched for six months and finally purchased this one. I am so happy I did! Its super comfortable, sturdy and easy to assemble - which I did by myself! It only took about 20 minutes! So glad I chose this one. The most expensive isnt always the best. I am surprised it was so inexpensive - it honestly is built and feels like it should have cost a whole lot more!

Easy to assemble! Ive never put my own chair together so I struggled a bit putting the arms on. I like how big and comfortable the seat is.
