Its pretty much useless as a foot stool because it has a tendency to roll over when you put your feet on it. Also even a child sitting on it causes the legs to bend.

It is very low compared to standard sized furniture, however, in spite of the height it is exactly what I was looking for and a fraction of the cost of others this size.

Lightweight but stays in place. Nice size gor companion to my husbands chair in bedroom
