Purchased this for my new home, highly experience with quality. Really gives rain like experience. Its heavy one installation was breeze. Extension arm is a plus. If installed correctly its leak proof.
I found it maddening that in the description and the paperwork that canbe with it, it said there was a splitter valve to switch it from overhead shower to hand held. That was a lie, I had to order it separately. Other than that, we really like it.
