looks great, cheap construction, The divert completely snapped off while threading it on to pipe. I installed the shower head (sans handheld) and ordered a new higher quality metal diverter for $25 bucks.
Was initially pretty hesitant when we opened the box and saw all the parts just thrown into another smaller box. The pieces are just plastic and we thought about returning for a metal shower head. BUT, once we used it, we couldnt tell the difference. Love that the nozzles are silicone so we can clean them. Also the water pressure on the handheld was a pleasant surprise, I didnt think it had it in it. My partner is happily living out his dream of a rainfall shower daily.
According to him, it was a pretty easy install, albeit needed a bit more tape to line then pieces for potential leaks.

Havent had it for very long so I cannot speak to that, but it is the best shower head I have used in my 39 years of life. I almost didnt go to work the first time I used it because it was so relaxing. Do yourself a favor and buy this.
I like how easy it was to install and the water pressure is great also you can control the hand held wand work along with the rain shower so you can use both at the same time. What I dont like is the double sided waterproof tape that comes with to hold up the hand held shower head its a yellow/orange color and it looks awful against our tile. It should have been clear double sided tape.
