Beautiful product! Love how the water falls from the faucet. I had to communicate with customer service which helped right away and is sending me a shorter hose as mine are to long.
The faucet was better than I would have imagined. It arrived in a timely fashion. Wonderful packaging that reeks quality. Needed custom water supplies and the customer service was great. They had them out the door in a couple of days. Great experience.

Looks and works great! I wish the pole was a little more sturdy, it wobbles when used. We have it behind the tub, so it's not a real hazard, though.
