I recently broke my hip and was advised that in order to sit at my office desk, I should have a footstool under the desk to elevate the leg. The footstool arrived and it was perfect. Not only is it serving its intended purpose, but once I no longer require it to be under the desk, I will move it to elevate my legs when I am sitting on the sofa in the office. It serves its purpose and is quite good looking. A great purchase!
It was exactly what I wanted…with a bonus! Underneath, theres a zippered compartment where the legs are stored for shipping (easy assembly). Once the legs are removed from the zippered compartment, you have a secret hiding place for cash or valuables, if you need it. Whod look inside a Accent Chair? I only wish I had the cash and valuables to hide; but I thought it was a cool, unintentional feature just the same!
