The Montlake Cushion comes in two parts, the cover and the foam. The foam comes rolled up in two pieces and is somewhat compressed. It is suggested in the instructions to put the cushions in the cover immediately after unrolling the foam. I had help from my husband putting the foam in the cover and he was badly needed. I guess it would be possible for one person to put the foam in, but it wouldnt be easy. The zippers enclose the cushions and zipped easily and feel heavy duty.
The heather indigo color is very attractive and the material is substantial. The are two adjustable buckle straps to secure the cushion to the frame. The cushion is very supportive and comfortable. It is not squishy but firm and should hold its shape for years. I havent had the cushion in the rain yet, so although they state it is , I will update this review after a rain.
This cushion is priced on the higher end of cushions, but I feel the material, construction and 3 foam make them worth the added cost.
UPDATE: Bought a matching one for my other . Has held up well in the sun and rain. Dries fast and hasnt faded yet.

Even more than expected.
So much more than we expected. Great quality at a fantastic price. We love the tropical design and will use these proudly on our Pacific Island patio.

It looks like it would fit a tall chair by the design, but it does not. I Love the color and design, but the size was deceiving.
