Only now it really takes up so much of my small living room that eventually I may need to give it away, which I hate to do. I suggest you measure carefully because it really does take up a lot of room and served us well at the time. I wanted something comfy for two, which it is. I have a small ottoman we use when we want to rest our feet. Im sure the one they sell would make it really massive, which is great if you have room.

I bough two of these for our newly remodeled bedroom and I LOVE them. Look very modern, and are so comfortable. They were professionally delivered, and I couldnt be more pleased.
I like the color and fabric. The couch has a deep seat that is really comfortable to sit with your legs curled up. For me personally (5-10), I cant sit back and touch the ground. You need to be really tall to sit all the way back with your feet touching the ground. Think its going to work great in my living room.
Purchased this couch for a seating area in my office. Weve gotten nothing but compliments on how comfortable it is from coworkers. Would definitely recommend!
So far its wonderful! Fits perfect in my apartment living room leaving enough room for my recliner. The 74 sofa is smaller than a sofa but much more room than a loveseat! We love it. Very comfortable and looks just like the picture!! Very happy with this purchase!!
This is a nice couch. The pull out bed is not super comfortable and slopes a bit, but as far as pull out mattresses go, its not bad. I have a studio apartment and the couch is the perfect size.
UPDATE: It has now been a year. I am still totally in love with these chairs. I ended up getting a second chair and the ottoman. The ottoman is HUGE!!!! But it worked out great for our library/sitting area. The chairs have held up wonderfully and get used everyday by people and all the fur monsters. I have also had no problems cleaning them. Moisture seems to bead up long enough to wipe clean. And dirt from dog paws just wipes right off.

Delivery - on point! Ordered the chair on a Saturday and it was delivered Wednesday. They brought it to the room I needed it to be in and even unwrapped it for me! So simple and efficient.
The chair is AMAZING!!!! Im 6ft and can sit crossed legged and still have room. The fabric seems really sturdy and hopefully will withstand my dog and two cats. The cushions are firmer than i realized they would be. But I consider that a bonus and will hopefully stand up to regular use. Overall, im so happy with the purchase and process. Im even about to order a second one!!!

Similar style to a restoration hardware couch, the fill is a little more stiff. Not uncomfortable tho, Im happy with the purchase.
