Very solid construction. Seems like it will take some time to get broken in to make more comfortable but overall very comfortable to start. The delivery service was wonderful!!

Delivery men delivered to our 2nd floor apartment with no problem. Just had to screw the legs in and now we have the perfect couch for our new apartment.
This couch looks fantastic in my living room. The texture is very soft and the couch is comfortable, although more on the firm side. Its the prefect size for my apartment and the assembly took only a minute. (You only have to screw in the legs) I was really apprehensive with purchasing a couch without ever seeing it in person but it was worth it. Delivery people brought it to my room and I couldnt have asked for a better experience.
Ive had the chair and ottoman for about a week now, and I absolutely love it! It was super easy to assemblejust screw in the legs, which were packed neatly inside the chair/ottoman. Its very cute, and way more comfortable than I expected for a chair this price. Would definitely recommend.

Hard!
Thus chair is not plush and comfy.. unfortunately we returned ours. It was hard and uncomfortable and not at all as expected.
