Very sturdy and beautiful but was missing 2 bolts, we had a box of spare parts lying around and was able to assemble it no problem but if we didnt have that we would have been out of luck. The packaging was sturdy but the styrofoam was everywhere and stuck to everything.
Would have been a 5 star rating if it did not have static cling. It attracts dog hair and dust easily other then that it is beautiful and well made and heavy and has a 5th leg in the middle.
The first unit arrived without a board. Emailed customer service and received a reply right away saying a new unit would be sent. Took awhile to send this new unit and had to reach out again to get an eta. Took awhile to get the new unit, but all pieces were included and was assembled easily and looks great! Works well for our entryway. Customer service sent chocolates to apologize for the issues, which was nice.
I liked that all the pieces were present and accounted for. The unit is solid and well designed. It is a two person job to assemble and pictorial assembly instructions could use some text to be more useful. Many of the pieces look the same so be sure the piece matches the number or letter on the sticker
It is exactly what my wife wanted and was hoping for. Assembly directions were easy to follow. In a couple of hours it was together and in place. It looks great and holds the stuff she wanted to put on and in it.
Love it! Beautiful look. Lots of storage. Were using it as an entertainment center and its great. It takes quite a bit of time to assemble but the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. An extra pair of hands was helpful at times. Very sturdy.
Great customer service! The first one came a little damaged and they fully replaced it with ease. Their customer service is great and because there was a delay, they sent Godiva chocolates as a thank you. The design style is great and looks high quality
