I shopped all over (both in stores online) for the perfect bed frame to match the furniture in my master bedroom. I wanted solid hardwood and this frame is just perfect. Its classy, stylish and not too ornate. Its a king and feels very sturdy. It took my husband about 3 hours and I did help him with getting the rails connected to the headboard foot board; but the rest he did on his own. The photo really doesnt give it justice because in person, its just gorgeous!
So far, this bed is very sturdy. I put it together on my own which is tricky but got it done. There are minor cosmetic errors in the corners of the headboards detail but not terrible.
Definitely worth the time to assemble! However! If you do not have an electric screw driver, it may take up to 12 hours to assemble! Electric screw driver STRONGLY recommend! (Also in case anyone is wondering, you can In fact fit your box spring in the frame). Also the German to English translation on the shipment boxes are worth a good read! They are kinda funny!
I love this bed frame! To start it arrived about a week early and the boxes are labeled in order of assembly.The color is nice and it is really real wood! The only thing that was a pain in the ass was assembly because I can honestly say Ive never put so many screws and bolts into one piece of furniture, but if I can do it with minimal help from the hubby anyone can. The directions are just a smidge better than Ikea directions but the again K was half asleep putting it together. He and I both love that our pets cant get under the bed but we dont lose out on storage. All and all its a great looking bed frame that feels sturdy I just recommend putting it toghter on full nights sleep.

Bought the headboard and drawer set. Just keep in mine you can use a drill to build it but just to make the holes use a screwdriver to tighten the screws and well follow each step by step if you dont you will regret it later. Once you have done one side the others are quick. Some parts came Brocken Due to the handling Of fedex Or who ever they use to ship but customer service took care of it right away in no time I had the replacement parts got it done and now enjoying this wonderful bed would recommend buying to family and friends worth every dollar you spend.
Love, love. The assembled product exceeds expectations. It took us 2 about 6/8 hours (we took a longer when we realized we flipped a couple of parts and had to redo. Would help to have sub title top view, bottom view, side view and parts more easily labelled. Its beautifully crafted and all the extra storage I needed to get rid of plastic 2 x 3 drawer sets. Freed up my closet as the seasonal bedding went under the slats. Knick knacks in the two open corners. The only disappointment is perhaps we didnt correctly install the pull out shelves? No instructions on the booklet. Also instructions were easy to follow in general.
It was a great bed frame once I built it. Great storage on the sides and below the mattress. It has a good look also.
The wood is very soft and not a forever piece of furniture. It also had only instructions in German, lucky for me I know some. Construction takes hours at a minimum. If you use a power drill set the power and slip to very low, so you do not strip the soft wood. Wood glue is key to many joints for added strength.
Love the bed, however, it is definitely more of an eggshell white than a bright white. In the picture I shared, you can see more of what the color is actually like. Regardless of that, I still really like the bed!

Cream not white but very pretty
The bed is beautiful. It is cream and not white but it is a really great piece.
