Good bed frame. Seems sturdy so far. I just assembled so too early to tell. I purchased a full size memory foam mattress and it was too wide. Be sure to buy a full mattress that is 53 wide, not 54.
This bed arrived badly broken due to no fault of the company, but rather a mishandling of one of the boxes by FedEx. I contacted the company, fully anticipating resistance, but they simply asked for a photo of the broken pieces, and sent out a replacement box immediately. The box arrived in a couple days, and my wife and I assembled the bed that night. Its very good quality, and we still havent filled up all the storage compartments. We love it!
This bed exceeded expectations for sure. We eventually want to replace our entire bedroom set, so when we moved up to a king size bed the majority of our budget went to the mattress as we knew that in a year or two we will be getting all new case goods for the bedroom. This bed was a good match for our current furniture, so we took a chance and are so glad we did. The bed is well made, attractive, and very nicely finished. The design is just traditional enough and is classic. Assembly was more than we liked, but we are use to getting furniture delivered and set up for us. It was not difficult at all, just time consuming. Note, only the headboard required assembly the rest was completed and all went together perfectly with no issues or flaws. The packaging was excellent, all pieces arrived without damage or issue. Overall, a great bed.
First off I was worried when reading the reviews on how long it took to put together so I added the assembly services. It took the guy 5 hours. (He was wonderful btw) He said he never seen anything like it and its a well made bed. I had to get this bed because of my tiny room and plus Im getting married in June and dont want to buy a new house so this worked out perfectly. I added a bookcase headboard which was cheaper than the one thats sold separately for this bed. I did add a box spring mattress for the height. (I love tall beds lol) The only con would be the assembly which I dont think me or my fiance have the patience for. But its a beautiful sturdy bed overall
What a great bed! All kids of books and shelves and cubbies to fit all the important things. It even has a shelf that comes out and acts like a side table. It also is reversable so you can have it on any wall. It does come with about 500 pieces so plan on assembling it for a while, but the directions are fairly straightforward and dont require any special tools. Has a lip to hold the mattress so it doesnt slide off. Great bed!
I bought this for my airbnb because I wanted something sturdy that could be cleaned easily. This one come and it was pretty easy to put together. It arrived on time. There were no breaks or scratches. Its sturdy enough for my needs. time will tell how well it hold up.
Not terribly difficult to put together, but definitely a 2 man job. Excellent instructions. Love the final outcome. Love the color. The drawers are on the small side but super useful. Would recommend.
Well, I bought it for my parents, but now want one for myself. Its too complicated to self assemble, so I have to pay for it. If it is cheaper to assemble, I would buy one for every room.
Took me 3 1/2 hours to put it together, but Im a 58/year old woman that had to wrestle my split/king adjustable bed and heavy mattresses before I finally was able to get my side rails screwed in. It was a tight fit, so it was hard to get my fingers in there to tighten the nuts. lol! I love it! 5/star
This bedframe takes forever to build. I spent 7 hours putting it together, with a couple breaks. Your back will hurt after assembling this, but it is well worth it. Everything is super sturdy, no creaks or squeaks so far. Having a small room means that any storage space helps greatly. This bed has tons of storage and a higher weight capacity than most. I saw one review that mentioned the wood being thin and not sturdy, but Im not sure what theyre talking about because aside from the drawer bottoms and the back panels of the shelves/cabinet sections, this is all real, solid pine. Its thick. Its heavy. Its strong. Arrived a couple days earlier than the estimate, so thats another plus.
