The only thing Ill complain about it the amount of times my kids walked into the drawer handles and cut their shins or knees we got the bed beginning on Feb (first week) and my children already have about 4-5 really bad scrapes from this bed. Lol guess will have to take the handles off for now!
I ordered two of these beds for my pre-teen boys. The beds were assembled with ease. Only reason for the 4 star review was there were some parts that arrived broken. I did email the company and am awaiting replacement parts. (Back of the drawer had crack, one of the boards the mattress sat on had a large crack). The damaged pieces did not prevent me from being able to fully assemble the bed, however, for the price I paid I just wanted non-damaged parts.
I put this bed together by myself. It did take some time (maybe 2 hours), but it seems like its very sturdy and it was not difficult to put together at all. It was just a tedious task. My bed did not have cabinets underneath, but there is space if you have something you dont reach for often if you want to put there before completing the assembly of the bed. I have no complaints, except that it took so long to put together. Other than that, it seems like a great bed so far!
