The couch is great! We ordered Otter Grey and got Jungle Green. A not so happy surprise at first but within a few hours I was in love with the mistake! Its now a statement piece and not just a boring blend in couch!
Great looking couch and the leather seems to be great quality. I get a lot of compliments about it. The couch is a little on the firmer side, but still comfortable. I was surprised that the sectional part of the couch was just a free floating ottoman essentially with the cushion that extends over it. I wish there was at least a way to keep it together - whether a zipper or Velcro. In actual use though, it really doesnt make around all that much - just feels like a cheap way to make the couch a sectional. I would buy the couch again though, especially at the price point.
Its a decent couch for the price. When laid flat, the futon will tilt to one side if applied too much pressure. So only sleep-able for 1 but they must stay on one side of the futon. Might as well leave the one side up.
Its super modern looking, somewhat comfortable. Its being used for a spare bedroom couch and it works. I would not use this as an everyday lounge couch. Not comfy enough.
We got this for a guest studio. It came quickly and my husband assembled it by himself. Looks great in the space and weve received several compliments. Our teen has laid on it for several hours and finds it to be comfortable with the pillows we got. Crossing our fingers that it will last a while. It is great for the money.
Absolutely love this couch. All I had to do was screw the legs on and it was ready to go. The color is perfect and the couch is comfy and sturdy. I will probably buy chairs to match next.
I am super happy with this couch and would recommend it to anyone. It has a very deep seat, so if that is not your style then this couch is not for you. I enjoy the firmness of the couch and the leather makes it both comfortable to sit on and look great in my space.
It was super easy to assemble(I did it by my self, however I would recommend having 2 people to make it easier and quicker) and the delivery people where easy to work with when they came to drop it off. Over all this has been my favorite purchase to date.
When the couch first arrived, I was not even sure it was going to fit through my door, but the delivery men were so determined to get it inside, and would not let me help in case I hurt my back. They even offered to unwrap it and take the cardboard. Once it was unpacked, it only took about five minutes to screw the four legs in, but the screw for the fifth was warped and as a support leg definitely important. Customer support worked with me, first offering an entire new couch but that seemed silly, so I a discounted refund for a % of the couch, and was able to have my furniture repair guy remove the bad screw and replace it with a new one.
The couch itself is wonderful. Very firm, but not at all uncomfortable. I love that the seat is sewn down so you do not get the silly look of a detached cushion popping up on the sides if you sit in the middle. The back cushions are not attached so the occasional guest and sleep very well on the couch. The leather surprisingly does not scratch easily at all, but as with all leather couches a leather conditioner is needed regardless. My pug has only made one small mark and he hops on and off the couch all day.
All in all, would and have recommended this couch to others. Only thing, you will end up not keeping the side pillows on the couch and they are pretty pointless, but they look great on my accent chair and really tie the room together.

Cute but not comfy
This is a very cute futon, but it is NOT comfortable what so ever. I would put a mattress pad on it if you have guests sleeping on it.
