Looks like a much more expensive piece than it is. Seems to be solid and will be good piece for years. A small tear in the fabric on the bottom when it arrived, but not noticeable unless youre looking under the couch. Delivery was on time and the guys doing the install were more than competent: carried it upstairs, screwed on legs, placed in room and took all the debris.
For apartment living this is a great choice. However, as for daily use this will not last long. Pillows need to be turned often and the couch can be squeaky.
