It came in a square box with the backs and cushions squeezed into the package. Theory complaint I have is that the arms have a wrinkle in them, and the seat cushions are impossible to get perfectly square (because of the memory foam losing its memory to shape back to flat edges).
Overall, I would spend the extra couple hundred dollars to buy one pre-assembled.
I want to leave a review about my purchase. I received the couch in 5 days from coast to coast. The seller, Cymax, the carrier, GSW and FedEx, all gave prompt, courteous service and did an excellent job handling my love seat. I bought the tan one and it is a great color for my space, a little buttery. The fabric is nice, which I was concerned since I didnt spend a lot of money. And yet, despite not spending a lot, I got great service. I wasnt going to buy this because people were saying the middle leg comes off. I see no reason for this. Its sturdy. Also, I found the fabric nice yet durable. There are a few drawbacks, little things like the back cushions tip over if messed with, but for the price you cant beat it. And Cymax got it in my place from across the country in 5 days. If it breaks in 6 mos I still got a good deal.

Great couch for the money. well made. cleans easily perfect for my apartment. i wish they had more color options but some throw blankets and pillows do the trick. i wish it was a little deeper and softer, but once the back cushions break in a bit it will get even more comfortable and allow me to sit back into it more. no complaints. its really a really good deal for what your getting compared to other sofas i looked at and pricing. check out the photo!
